観光関連の一般社団法人Kより、運営業務を受託。観光庁や地方自治体に対する窓口として機能しました。また社団法人に属する企業間の調整作業や、理事会・総会の運営、毎年の決算業務なども請け負うなど、バックオフィス業務一式をお任せいただいております。

K, a general incorporated association related to tourism, entrusted us with the management of the project. The organization functioned as a liaison to the Japan Tourism Agency and local governments. As part of back-office operations, I was also in charge of liaison with companies belonging to the organization, support for the operation of board of directors meetings and general meetings, and annual closing of accounts.

Started providing remote secretarial services to Company U, which is in the business of M&A and business succession. The service manages schedules and arranges business trips for executives staying in Japan and overseas. As the company’s point of contact, the service not only handles all external communications, but also serves as a conduit for information sharing among busy executives. We ensure close communication in both Japanese and English to prevent information gaps among executives.
